The PMC invited AVA to design a sports complex at B.T. Kawade Road, Ghorpadi. A multi-sports facility is provided for the benefit of local-area residents. It consists of indoor sports like badminton (3 courts, doubling up for a basketball court), table tennis, karate/Judo hall/yoga hall, billiards room.
It consists of a grand entrance lounge, office, first-aid room and security office. It also has proposed outdoor play-courts for tennis, an outdoor gym.
