Mr. Hemant Panchamia bought twin houses at the ‘Forest Trails Township. Before the construction started, he had a different take. He requested to join the two houses into one large bungalow.
The requirements were of large room sizes for all the functions, a big backyard and terraces attached to the bedrooms, a servant room had to be added. He also entrusted AVA to do design the interiors of the bungalow. (refer Interior Section)
