This project is designed for a co-operative society, where the members have come together to construct a residential complex. Thus, a developer is not involved in this project. The unique layout with centralized open space has apartments all around facing the garden or facing the road.
The number of owners is quite large; each individual flat is designed as per the requirements of the resident. The project consists of five buildings with apartments of varying sizes. Two clubhouses are proposed in the two open spaces.
