This Residential complex is planned as four eleven storied towers around a central landscaped garden. A two-level parking is planned taking advantage of the slope. The simple layout plan facilitates a large central garden with a swimming pool and clubhouse.
The central garden is vehicular=free and accessible to the handicapped with ramps from the buildings leading to the garden. The garden is designed in collaboration with landscape architects Ravi and Varsha Gawandi. It has a garden, kids play area, a plaza, a senior citizen zone and a clubhouse for indoor recreation. The swimming pool is designed at the podium level. Another open space is utilized for outdoor play courts.
