The Design Intent is to create a striking Club for recreation of Highlands Residents.
The club is a strategically located Ground +1 structure in midst of ‘Highlands’ layout at ‘Forest Trails Township’. It's beautiful skyline with strong geometric form and interesting sloping roofs at different levels become centre of attraction for the entire community.
Strong axial planning and spatial flow which connects entrance and waiting area at upper level and double height lounge and entrance at lower level, through central landscaped court is the visual delight. Artistically designed stairway with skylight and hanging above through double height landscaped court becomes focal point of the club house.
Upper level consists of inviting entrance porch, spacious reception, a cozy waiting lounge, a small office and billiards and table tennis rooms, all clustered around and overlooking central court and lounge area below. This level also has two big terraces which also act as viewing spaces to cricket ground below. Lower level has a large, double height lounge/indoor activity area opening towards a lush green cricket ground, a well-equipped gymnasium overlooking a yoga/meditation court and a 150-seated multipurpose hall which opens into a party lawn for functions. Lower level also has a secured entrance to swimming pool zone with ancillary services. Strategically located landscaped areas, party lawn, jogging/cycling track around circular cricket ground, landscaped Amphitheatre, children's play areas, various activity areas and plazas are some of the significant spaces around Club House.
