The Highlands apartments are designed to suit the site conditions to suit the client brief. The client wanted 2, 3 and 4-bedroom homes, which would attract the higher middle-income group. We added some duplex apartments and some garden apartments at the podium level. The parking is detailed out with sufficient numbers. The parking built-up to number of car park ratio is very high due to the efficient structural grid that AVA has worked out.
Two level parking is designed taking advantage of the slope. Spacious entrance lobbies welcome the residents. The “J’ type formation of the cluster is dictated by the shape of the plot. It has a large central open space with a cricket ground and a 530 sq. m. clubhouse and a swimming pool. Phase I (completed) consists of Towers T1 to T8 with eleven habitable floors. The ongoing Phase II consists of Towers 9 to 11 which are planned with three-level parking and 17 habitable floors. Hence, we have opted for MIVAN construction.
