In 2004, the shopping center was built on the township arterial road and the place became the centre of the township, hosting meetings, events and township operations.

This covered street opens up views from the shops, over the main street and beyond overlooking the houses of the township. The ground floor shops are accessible directly from the main street to increase permeability.
This neo-classical building curves to welcome people into its plaza. This plaza fronting the shopping centre allows the market, shops and cafes to spill out onto this space providing flexibility for additional market space, product launches and other events.
On the first floor, another row of small shops beneath the roof hip roof are accessed by the public from a wide balcony along the street and a separate entrance is provided for the same from the floor below.
