AVA is well versed in the field of master planning with three township projects, each of a different nature.
AVA has designed the Multipurpose Hall at Forest trails as an amenity for the township residents. It is located opposite the SSRVM school, so that the school can benefit from its location. The hall consists of three badminton courts, doubling up as one basketball court. Suitable lighting arrangements are done. There are sufficient toilet facilities including handicap toilet. A small office, pantry and lounge are provided. There is a stage with proscenium and adjacent green rooms thus, the hall can be used for performances. It can accommodate about 600 chairs. The simple structure is functional and appealing.
It is envisaged as a sports center. The adjoining area is being developed with a cricket ground, two tennis courts and walking track.
