AVA is well versed in the field of master planning with three township projects, each of a different nature.
It was the dream of the developer of Forest Trails Township to build an equestrian club.
Initially, we built a stable for four horses. This structure was in exposed brick and had a rustic look. Later on, when more land was acquired for the township, the stable was shifted further north. The entire campus consists of three acres. It has three natural water streams that are channelized and enhanced with a bridge is built over it.
Here we have a pavilion, the approach to which has a roundabout with a fountain. The pavilion has a verandha running parallel to the north side, facing the practice ring for horses. Twelve stable rooms and caretaker’s accommodation for three families are constructed.
We deliver professional expertise, excellent client services and quality construction.
