The design intent was to create an exclusive gated bungalow community of three clusters of; an urban neighborhood, which is socially sustainable and environment friendly. The township was visualized with appropriate infrastructure, complete with all modern amenities and a green environment which ensures a healthy lifestyle. Amenities within the township are strategically located within walk-able distances. Additionally, they act as landmarks to orient a person within the site.
11 house types have been developed and are rationally positioned to add variety and vibrancy to human experience within the township. The nature of the terrain demanded that a stepped site section be developed. The stepped site section and apt street design lined with trees improving air quality and the urban aesthetics provided panoramic views of the scenic surroundings. The clusters are connected to each other and to the open spaces by walking trails to improve social interaction.
