A completed project of 153 apartments designed as a cluster on three adjoining plots. The flats are compact with a reasonable budget. There were H. T. Lines running across the site and also a high-pressure water line, which could not be diverted. The requirements consisted of a garden with swimming pool.
The layout is divided into three plots Plot ‘A’ Consists of a single building, Plot ‘B’ of two towers with two-tiered parking and a garden and swimming pool in the centre and Plot ‘C’ has three towers, with another garden and temple in the centre. It was a challenge to design the buildings with the considerations of the water line and H.T. lines. The compact yet functional planning has made the complex affordable to the customer.
