‘Forest Trails Township’ is an integrated township planned by AVA for the client. The Client’s vision was to create a high-end retirement facility within the ‘Forest Trails Township’, Pune.
The brief was to design around 1000 exclusive apartments for senior citizens considering all their day-to day needs akin to a retirement community.
The concept of a large community specially designed for retired persons to have a healthy a holistic living style is visualized. The master plan has evolved out of the site conditions consisting of six buildings, two clubhouses and a welcome center. Having a sloping site, it is a challenge to plan and execute a campus for senior citizens. The All the basic amenities are accommodated in every building.
One and two-bedroom apartments are provided as a choice to the buyers. An entrance foyer with a concierge is designed at the ground level along with manager’s office. Mechanical parking arrangement at ground level fulfills parking requirements. The common amenity spaces such as dining, gymnasium, indoor recreation, guest rooms and doctor’s room are designed at the ground and first level.
