The Senior Citizen Project at Baner, is the sixth project of its kind is planned by AVA in Pune. The plot is an elongated strip of land. Hence a linear layout pattern is adopted. There are three buildings. The first one (Building ‘A’) houses 66 apartments for the plot owners who also fit into the category of senior citizens. A club house with swimming pool is designed between building ‘B’ (180 apartments) and building ‘C’ (268 apartments).
The landscaped area is a continuous strip on the rear side which vehicular free. All aspects of barrier free planning are taken care of.
The landscaping is elaborately done with gardening lots, open amphitheater, gathering lawn, play court, clubhouse with pool, dining, recreational activities and guest rooms.
