The client desired a smart looking abhyasika, where students would come and study. The table space is given on a monthly pass basis. The brief was to maximize the number of tables, while creating an ambience conducive to serious study.
This is professionally run facility that the owner is providing for students who need this kind of space. We built the building and are doing the interior of the space. The abhyasika has four floors with reception at the ground level.
